Tiara Digital Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as Tiara) acts as a service partner with the telcom operator /(Telcos).Clipfeed Limited, (hereinafter referred to as Clipfeed) acts as a Partner with Tiara.Clipfeed organizes contests, competitions, games, matches, tournaments etc and is directly involved in the gaming application, competition, challenges, matches, tournaments, etc. Clipfeed exercises full ownership rights towards usage of name of the application, software, brand, games, challenges,tournaments, competitions and its contests. Clipfeed facilitates these contests, games, competitions,matches, tournaments, distribution of awards, prizes, rewards in collaboration with the game application providers. Clipfeed shall be directly responsible for the announcement/ distribution/transit/ delivery of awards, prizes, rewards if any.Tiarais in tie-up with Clipfeed towards enabling game contesting online and providing oftournaments, challenges, and rewards to its Mobile users/ subscribers of telcos to who the service is provided. Service is provided only to customers who opt in for the service for a daily/weekly/ monthly recurring charge.

Customer(s) acquired by Tiara shall have a privileged access towards contesting on Clipfeed gaming platform(s) towards tournament(s)/ challenges/ rewards/ awards. There also could be an additional charges/data charges levied for downloading games, which is not within the purview of the subscription opted by the customer. Tiara thereby exercises no control over nomination/ choice/ selection/ naming of winner(s) and distribution, delivery, transit, quality, defectiveness, deficiency of awards rewards and Game winnings or prizes by whatever name called and this shall be directly dealt with Clipfeed in collaboration with game/ application; and Tiara or its directors, employees, officers shall not be held liable or responsible for any disputes over awards, rewards, gifts, prize monies or winning amount or damages due to transit, quality or defective goods or deficiency/delay in service, delivery, transit or quality of goods by whatever name and/or nomenclature called.
